Merton Hotel Ipoh

The oldest and most famous cave temple in Malaysia, with a mini water park and lots of facilities! Events held here. Staff knows everything about the local area. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and snacks in the mini-bar.

Cozy spot for a quick overnight stay! the room was lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was really spacious. It's definitely my top pick around here. 🌟

Location: marvellous and beautiful, not far from restaurants, tourist attractions, and restaurants and shops.

Reasonable prices for a clean place with helpful staff and a good view of the mountain. Convenient location in the commercial area near the mountain, Sam Poh Tong, and an on-site cafe that offers complimentary breakfasts. Easy access to an ancient Buddhist temple.

The hotel was chic and the staff was attentive, it had excellent location by the cafe next door. The room was very well decorated with a comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. The food was delicious and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. Location: the property was really close to tourist attraction and the temples. Everything was simply very good.

This place had a great location that was perfect for our trip. the staff here were so nice and friendly. 🌟 the free breakfast had a lot of choices to pick from, which was a nice bonus.

The room we got was super clean and just right for the two of us and our kid, but the sink could use a bit more scrubbing. Overall, we had a really comfy stay. the staff was friendly and we even managed to check in early 😊.

Pleasant variety of breakfast items available. the building is charming and the rooms are newly renovated, plus breakfast is included. the location is great, just a quick hop to the town center, with beautiful mountain views to enjoy 🏞️.

I stayed at this hotel for 4D 3N and it was okay. The staff were helpful and the car park area was brilliant, allowing you to monitor your car from your room window. The surrounding area had unique shops like the RM2 shop and a 1 Malaysia shop for quick shopping. There were also restaurants nearby, including the Rawang Sea food restaurant, where you must try their vegetable BRINJAL and homemade Tofu. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it perfect for social media. Highly recommended for a boutique hotel experience at a reasonable price.

The room was soundproof and neat, with spacious beds. the staff were attentive and the location was convenient, next to temples like Sam Poh Tong and the city center. Additionally, Ling Sen Tong Temple was only a 10-15 minutes' walk away from the hotel.
